North Georgia Smoke Shop was founded by David and Selina.  Their dream was to build a life in the North Georgia Mountains, and they are proud to be active members of the local community.  Their combination of world-class corporate expertise, family values, and faith in God underscores their foundation for long-term success.  

Selina is a seasoned commercial attorney with more than 25 years of experience in both law firms and in-house leadership roles.  After earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law, she joined Alston & Bird LLP’s M&A practice group, before transitioning to in-house counsel roles at InterContinental Hotels Group, Merial (now Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health), CSM Bakery, and Axiom.  Selina currently serves as Associate General Counsel at Nextracker, Inc. (NASDAQ: NXT).

David brings over 30 years of executive leadership in e-commerce, brand management, and business growth.  Most recently, he served as Vice President of Revenue at Kaspien, Inc., leading its e-commerce business unit.  Prior to that, he held senior leadership positions with Amazon, Inc. as a retail Senior Vendor Manager (category buyer) and enterprise account management at Amazon Transportation.  Previously, David maintained P&L ownership of commercial business teams across seven billion-dollar brands including Procter & Gamble, Georgia-Pacific, Coca-Cola, and Nestle Purina Petcare.  Earlier in his career, David founded a registered investment advisory firm in Southern California, before completing his JD/MBA at Northwestern University.
